  • Welcome to my blog!

Hello and welcome to my little corner of the world wide web. My name is Ashley Lynn and I'm a modern wedding and senior photographer based in Dallas, Texas. Here on the blog you will find my recent photography sessions and updates, as well as little glimpses of my life behind the lens as a Navy Wife and Mom of two little girls. I've made it my life's goal to live, laugh, photograph and to cherish all the little moments in between. I hope you enjoy the blog as much as I enjoy long walks on the beach! Did I just say that out loud? That sounded kind of cheesy. I mean, as much as I enjoy photographing all of you fabulous people out there. Don't be shy, say hi!

i ♥ faces – “Focusing on Angles”

This week at i heart faces the theme is “Angles”! If you ever hire me as your photographer, you’ll likely find a common trend in the angle of some of your photos. Almost most of my shots are just a little tilted to the right, or shot from above or below you… that’s on purpose!:)No one wants a straight on photo, how boring is that? Here’s one of my favorite little guys… tilted angle + colorful mural + gorgeous brown eyes = happy photographer.

Go check out more amazing Angles here!

Live. Laugh. Photograph. | Introducing Boudoir Sessions | Boudoir Photographer | Dallas, TX

I’m now offering Boudoir sessions to women that want to spice things up a bit! Some might be a little shocked but I’m all about celebrating the beauty of women and making all of you hard working single ladies, wives, and mommies feel empowered by showing your sexy side. I’m willing to do these photos in the privacy of your own home or at an indoor private location such as a modern hotel (location fee may apply). Are you shy / modest? Don’t worry! I’ve had two kids of my own, I know what stretch marks look like and I also know how to use photoshop! If you want to surprise your man, I have no doubt that this will do the trick! Boudoir photos in a custom album, prints, or on a cd will make a memorable gift for a honeymoon, anniversary, birthday, or maybe just because! Regular session fee applies. Contact me if you’re interested or have any questions. Here’s one that I super-cropped, edited, and added a layer to from a recent session.

I took this photo of my oldest daughter, Addison, playing in the snow. She was SO excited! We’re from Texas, snow is a rare sight for us!
