This week over at iheartfaces the theme is Oh So Silly! One of the silliest people in my life is by far my little two year old Lillian Kate also known as Silly Lilly. I’m sure she’ll appreciate the nickname when she’s older.
I was attempting to take some “artsy” photos of her with newspaper in the background and she decided to take the photo shoot in her own direction. All she really cared about was holding up this disguise. At this age, I’ll take what I can get.
You guys know I don’t shoot very many family sessions these days but I always make room in my schedule for loyal clients that have been with me from the very beginning. This family is very special and I always have so much fun shooting their photography sessions. Bryan is the pastor at Northplace Church in Sachse, TX and is the author of the newly released book called extravagant. I absolutely adore Corinne! She was such a doll and so much fun to work with! She is extremely photogenic, sweet, and involved in various organizations such as Wylie High School Pirate Pacesetters (drillteam), Choir, and S.L.A.M. (freshman mentoring program). Her hobbies include ballet, reading, cooking, and doodling.I really loved her classic style and the way she tied in trendy elements to her outfits as well. I asked her if there was one thing she could do to truly make a difference in the lives of others, what would it be? Her response was to adopt children from Africa with AIDS. See… I told you she would steal your heart!
